In a residential area took me a week and sore legs to find places but if you like just to relax and walk ideal two huge supermarkets near by Lidle and intercontinental lovely I could have walked round it all day the fish counter was fantastic the freshest fish I have every seen being a x-fishmonger I know. You need a car but I preferred walking you see more and you can have a wine or a larger if you want there is cafe,s dotted here and there just full of locals which I like not full of English with there tops of 😂 and noise and swearing bit difficult with language but they tryed to speak English tryed to buy a Portuguese phrase book but could not find it but what was nice was go back to my apartment and it was lovely and quiet sit on my balcony and have a glass of wine so relaxing.

Perfect place to stay. The manger Marco was absoltely nice and helpful. My partner called him because of some issues with the wifi and he fixed it in no time! The cleaner ladies were very friendly too. The only thing i could mention on the negative side that we found black hairs everywhere 🤭 (bathroom, sittingroom, bed) ...maybe the cleaner lady has some problems with her hair falling out. But other then this everything was brilliant! We would definitely recommend this place!! 💯💯👍

Absolutely loved my stay, great location. I knew the area well and was concerned about the noise of the main Road. It was noisy during the day but it didn’t bother me. At night there was as good as no traffic so it was super quiet

A small apartment near Portimao center with the basic stuff to spend a few days. A small kitchenette and a big bed. Parking on the street available free of charge. Supermarkets 5 min away. Portimão Center a 15 min walking distance.

Just a warning for this SCAM of a place in Praia da Rocha, Portugal. Mum and dad booked it and paid in FULL for this weekend and when they arrived they contacted the guy as they didn't have a code to get into the residence. The guy said he didn't have one and left them with nowhere to stay, telling them to just leave him a bad review and he wasn't bothered. Actual joke 😡 Luckily they've managed to find another hotel after hours of driving round in a taxi but they could have easily been left with nowhere to sleep in a foreign country, especially if they didn't have the money to book another place. ****** PLEASE SHARE to help warn others as it has good reviews online so is really deceiving ******
